The DelHyVEHR project (Delivery of Liquid Hydrogen for Various Environment at High Rate) aims to enable the distribution of liquid hydrogen and make it accessible as a clean energy carrier in various industries. The consortium of 13 partners, mainly from industry, is working to develop a high-performance liquid hydrogen refuelling station that supports maritime, aviation and railway applications. The project is expected to be demonstrated by the end of 2026.

About the project

The DelHyVEHR project (Delivery of Liquid Hydrogen for Various Environment at High Rate) has officially started. Its objective is to make the distribution of liquid hydrogen viable, thereby enabling its use as a clean energy carrier across various industries. The project’s kick-off event took place at ENGIE Lab Crigen in Paris on January 29th and 30th, 2024, bringing together a consortium of 13 partners, primarily from the industry.

Consortium

The DelHyVEHR consortium, comprising 13 leading partners from 4 countries across the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland spans the entire value chain from component development to system demonstration and assessment. Additionally, the project benefits from the guidance of a distinguished advisory board comprised of global leaders in hydrogen end-user industries.
